Comments
UNICS head coach Dimitrios Priftis
– Congratulations to Zenit, because they played well and hard. We had good moments in the beginning and in the end, when we were demoralized. We managed to come back from -20 and started play harder. But it’s not enough when you play on a such level.
Zenit played tough, physically and we couldn’t fight against this level of aggression. We lost the control over the game in the third and our rivals increased the differential and took the control. It was hard to come back after this.

Zenit’s head coach Joan Plaza:
– We are happy about this win. As I said right after the game, in previous games in Istanbul, Valencia and Vitoria we did good. Yes, we lost all three games, but our basketball was good. That proves that we are on the right way playing team basketball. Of course, you can’t let the opponent get back into the game after three-quarter leading and differential over 20 points. It shows that we still have to work more.
