Game progress
The 1st quarter of the game was marked by PARMA’s bigmen dominance. Artiyom Parakhouski and Mareks Mejeris not only scored points, but also got offensive and devensive rebounds. The hosts took their first rebound only in the 6th minute of the game. PARMA’s lead by that time was already double-digit – 16:8. The hosts were shaken up with the substitutions. The players who came off the bench managed to turn off the Perm team offense. The Krasnoyarsk team with Brinton Lemar and Casper Ware actoins equalized the score at the end of the 1st quarter – 16:16.

The 2nd quarter was held in a similar way. Parakhouski and Mejeris were still unstoppable. By the halftime, this PARMA duo got 26 points and 13 rebounds. But the Perm team could not catch the fire from 3-point line. Enisey tried go get the opponent, extinguished all attempts of PARMA’s run and even managed to get ahead a couple of times. But the guests still had the last word in the quarter. Alley-oop on Mejeris gave PARMA a minimal lead – 34:33.

The key moment
The turning point in the end was the 3rd quarter. To Mejers and Parakhouski dominance, the guests added a killer series of 7 long-range shots performed by Eigidas Zhukauskas, Evgeny Voronov, Alexandr Platunov and Adas Jushkevicius. By the last quarter of the game, the Perm team approached 21 points lead – 67:46, which practically guaranteed them success.

That’s what happened in the end. The fourth 10-minute was not very effective. Siberians at some point managed a powerful breakthrough, but it never came to a real intrigue. Closer than 13 points – 58:71 – Krasnoyarsk did not get close to the opponent.

Hero
Mareks Mejeris was the key player in PARMA squad and threatened Enisey’s paint the most. In this game, the forward made a double-double, updating the personal in points (24 points) and rebounds (12).

Numbers
13 – Jeremiah Hill updated the League’s record in assists.

Comments
Drazen Anzulovic, Enisey Head Coach:
– First of all, it is necessary to congratulate PARMA on the win. They were the best team today throughout the game. In the first half we tried to find a rhythm, but we lacked the individual quality to take advantage of the situations that we created. Speaking about the individual quality of the players and the team, I would like to single out the third quarter performed by PARMA – for us it was a lesson of modern class basketball performed by them. Especially Jushkevicius and Hill, who showed what it means to influence the team’s game and make it better.

Kazys Maksvytis, PARMA-PARIMATCH Head Caoch:
– The game changed in the third quarter, where we added offense and especially defense. A good defense untied our hands in offense, we could play more freely. We felt this wave and did not let it go. We played with a small rotation, because we saw that these players are useful today. We are glad that we won, and I want to congratulate all Perm fans on the upcoming holidays. We are finishing this year with a good mood!
