The tables turned in the 4th quarter as Tsmoki-Minsk went on a 20-4 run slice the deficit to four, but the visitors could not complete the comeback. Nizhny survives, thanks to big plays down the stretch by Boynton and Strebkov, who combined for the team’s final 13 points.
