The fan vote for the second-ever VTB United League All-Star Game opens today! The game will be played on February 17, 2018 in St. Petersburg’s SC Yubileyniy and features a Russia Stars vs. World Stars format.
You can vote for your favorite players on the League’s Vkontakte and Facebook pages.
Voting will continue until January 8, 2018.
At the end of the first stage of voting, the VTB United League will publish preliminary rosters for the game, featuring 64 players: 6 players from each Russian team (3 Russians and 3 foreigners) and 3 players from each foreign team.
Journalists from leading Russian and foreign media will be asked to select the final rosters during the second stage of voting. Once voting is complete, the League will publish the official rosters for the VTB United League All-Star Game.

– Tickets officially go on sale tomorrow. Today, we’re opening up the first stage of voting for the All-Star Game. Basketball fans can pick their favorite players right now. Among the Russian players, Alexey Shved and Sergey Karasev are certain to attract a lot of attention. On the foreign side, Nando De Colo, Sergio Rodriguez and Quino Colom are having great seasons. Immediately following the fan vote, journalists from leading media outlets will make their picks. I want to also share that the League will have two wild cards this year to make sure no stars get left behind. All of the voting will be open and transparent.
