4 VTB United League teams participated in the Russian Cup Final Four, which took place in Yekaterinburg from March 15 to 17.
In the final, Zenit defeated Pari Nizhny Novgorod to win the trophy for the first time – 64:55. Trent Frazier scored 18 points for Zenit, while Georgy Zhbanov made 11 points. Casey Shepherd scored 13 points and Andrey Vorontsevich got 11 points.
In the 3rd place game Uralmash defeated MBA – 82:70. Kirill Pisklov (25 points) was the best scorer of the game.
Trent Frazier became the Final Four MVP. Casey Shepherd, Andrey Vorontsevich (both Pari Nizhny Novgorod), Vince Hunter (Zenit), Octavius Ellis (Uralmash) and Evgeny Voronov (MBA) were honoured to make to the All-tournament Five.
