Zenit officially came from dummer break and had the first training session. The club presented pre-season schedule.
The St. Petersburg team is going to train at Zenit Academy till August 26 and will complete the first preparation stage with the game against Kupol-Rodniki.
On August 28 Zenit is going depart to Antalya where the team will train and held friendlies against Manisa, and play in annual Gloria Cup. Besiktas, Anadolu Efes and Enisey will compete in the tournament.
After Antalya, the team will head to Istanbul and play a friendly game against Fenerbache. Next Zenit will head back to St. Petersburg and continue the preparation to the new season with trainings and pre-season tournaments.
Kondrashkin and Belov Cup will be on September 15-16 and the VTB League SuperCup will be held on September 22-24.
Zenit will start the regular season on October 2 against the League newcomer Uralmash at home.
