The sixth VTB United Youth League regular season concluded on Wednesday, March 27.
11 teams from Russia competed in this year’s edition of the League, featuring players born in 1998 or later. The top eight teams advanced to the postseason.
First place in the regular season went to CSKA-Junior, which posted a 32-8 record. Lokomotiv-Kuban-2 (30-10) and Khimki-2 (29-11) rounded out the top three. Other playoff participants include UNICS-2 (24-16), Samara-2 (22-18), Zenit-2 (21-19), Avtodor-2 (21-19) and Nizhny Novgorod-2 (16-24). The remaining places were as follows: Spartak-2 (15-25), Enisey-2 (5-35) and PARMA-2 (5-35).
The 2019 Youth League champion will be crowned at the Final Eight in St. Petersburg, April 4-6.
