Traditionally, the VTB United League’s All-Star Weekend kicked off with Friends Game, with Sergey Kushchenko’s team facing off against Ilona Korstina’s team at VTB Arena.
The game ended in a friendly draw (90:90). Sergey Monia and Timofey Mozgov were named the best players.
Ilona Korstin’s team included VTB United League Hall of Fame member Sergey Monia, VTB United League champion Egor Vialtsev, Olympic bronze medalist Viktor Khryapa, and Lokomotiv Kuban President Andrei Vedishchev.
Sergey Kushchenko’s team included European champion Sergey Bykov, European and Russian champion Nikolay Padius, MBA-MAI General Director Igor Kocharyan, NBA champion Timofey Mozgov, and businessman and sports official Emin Antonyan.
