Quotes
UNICS head coach Evgeny Pashutin:
– The guys got the job done and played hard. We are gradually finding our team chemistry, and using a big rotation. The guys are playing for each other and helping each other out. I’m happy with the large number of passes, something we didn’t do in the offseason. That means we are finding our rhythm and making connections. The players trust each other and understand who should move where. We need to play like this against tough opponents: Seize the initiative and be aggressive.

Enisey head coach Oleg Okulov:
– I want to apologize to our fans. It turns out we weren’t prepared. We’ll figure things out and fix the situation. Yes, we got unlucky at times, but we played poorly, especially on defense. On offense, we didn’t execute our game plan.
