Minsk never trailed again. Parma had chances to get back in the game, but turnovers and defensive issues kept the home team from securing its first win of the season.
The victory also snapped Tsmoki’s three-game losing streak, helping the visitors improve to 3-4 and move into a tie for 8th place.

Quotes
Parma head coach Viacheslav Shushakov:
– As far as the game is concerned: We battled and tried our best. We did a good job of preparing for our opponent and only gave up 67 points. On the other hand, we couldn’t convert on offense. Maybe if we’d hit a few open shots, the game would have been closer. Tsmoki-Minsk has experience in the VTB United League and we still lack confidence. The players feel a lot of pressure to finally win. We weren’t loose enough.
Tsmoki-Minsk head coach Igor Grishchuk:
– Above all, I want to thank the guys for a good game and, of course, I want to note Parma. The team is young, has a lot of potential, and battles for every loose ball. I’d also like to note the fans, who support their team and love the game. It’s great that basketball is being reborn in Perm. I played here once myself.
We managed to shift the momentum by taking advantage of Parma’s mistakes on defense and executed our plan for the end of the game.
