The VTB United League Super Cup for the legendary coach Alexander Gomelsky Cup will be in Moscow at VTB Arena from September 22 to 25. The four best teams of last season – CSKA, UNICS, Zenit and Lokomotiv Kuban and two foreign teams will participate. The Super Cup will be organized by the League and Moscow Sport.
The six teams will be divided into two groups. The group stage games will be on September 22, 23 and 24 at 17:00 and 20:00. The final day which includes the 5th place game (14:00), the 3rd place game (17:00) and the final (20:00) will be on September 25.
For the first time, the VTB United League Super Cup was in Moscow at the VTB Arena in September 2021. CSKA, UNICS, Zenit and Lokomotiv Kuban were the participants and the Army team became the first champion of the Super Cup.
