The World Cup continues, with four players and one head coach representing the VTB League.
On the final game day of the first group stage, the Slovenian national team, led by coach Aleksander Sekulic (Lokomotiv Kuban) and Jakob Cebasek (MINSK), defeated Cape Verde (92:77).
Cebasek scored 3 points and 1 rebound on 1-of-3 shooting in 12 minutes on the floor. The Slovenian team advanced to the next round from the 1st place in Group F.
Koch Bar (MINSK) did not play in the South Sudan – Serbia game (83:115). His team finished 3rd in Group B and will continue to fight for 17th-32nd places.
