On March 22, the tragedy happened at the Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk.
In memory of the victims, a minute of silence will be announced before the VTB League games. A minute of silence on this sad occasion is also planned before the VTB United Youth League games, which will be on March 25-26.
It is also recommended to completely cancel all entertainment events, including cheerleading and mascot performances.
