The Hall of Fame was inducted for the first time on February 16, 2019 at a special VTB League Awards Night before the All-Star Game in Moscow. The Hall of Fame includes notable players, coaches, managerss and basketball experts who have made a significant contribution to the development and popularization of the VTB United League.
