Following the VTB United League playoffs results, the Top-3 teams and the final standings of the Russian championship 2022/23 has been known.
The rights to host the national championship, according to the agreement with the Russian Basketball Federation (RBF), belong to the VTB United League.
UNICS became the National Champions for the first time in the history. The 2nd place and silver medals went to Lokomotiv Kuban. CSKA became the third.
From 4th to 10th places in the Russian Championship – 22/23, according to the results of the VTB United League season: Zenit, Pari Nizhny Novgorod, MBA, PARMA-PARI, Avtodor, Enisey and Samara.
