At the second stage (January 15 – 22), the media will select 6 more players, 3 of backcourt and frontcourt each, into the pool. The media will not be able to vote for the players who will be selected by the fans.
At the third stage (January 22 – 29) the VTB League team head coaches will select 6 more players, 3 of backcourt and frontcourt each, into the pool. The head coaches will not be able to vote for the players who will be selected by the fans and media.
The final stage (January 29 – February 2) – the VTB United League will determine 6 players, who will receive a wild-card.
In early February, the All-Star team head coaches will participate in the All-Star Game 2024 Draft Live. The coaches will select the pool players (24 players) formed by fans, media, head coaches and the League.
