Seoul-1988 Olympics champion and Olympics-1980 bronze medalist as USSR player Sergey Tarakanov enters FIBA Hall of Fame. He is also 2-time World Cup medalist (gold-1982 and silver-1986) and 3-time Europe champion.
After retirement Sergey Tarakanov has become broadcaster and now VTB League games commentator.
