6 teams of the Group A and 2 best teams of the Group B will continue to compete for the Belov Cup in the playoffs.
The 2023 playoffs will start on March 31 and end no later than May 22. The home court advantage at all stages of the playoffs will be given to teams with a higher place based on the regular season standings.
The quarterfinals will be up to 3 wins in the 2-2-1 format. The series will begin on March 31 and will end no later than April 11.
The teams ranked higher in the regular season will receive the home court advantage and the right to hold the first, second and if necessary the fifth game on their own floor. The third and if necessary the fourth game of the series will be at the site of the team that took a lower place in the regular season.
The semifinals and finals, as well as the 3rd place series will be up to 4 wins in the 2-2-1-1-1 format. The first 2 games and if necessary the fifth and seventh games of each series will be at the site of the team that ranked higher in the regular season. The semifinal series will begin on April 15 and will end no later than May 2. The 3rd place series will be from 5 to 21 May. The final series starts on May 6 and ends no later than May 22.
