MINSK will host Uralmash. Preview November 7

Minsk will host a regular season game on Tuesday.

MINSK (Minsk, Belarus) vs Uralmash (Yekaterinburg, Russia)

Time: 19:00 (Moscow time)
Place: Belarus, Minsk, Falcon Club
Broadcast: Match! Igra, Start Triumph, League website

MINSK: Despite playing well in recent games, MINSK still can’t get a win this season. However, it’s hard to call the game against Runa a good one: the Minsk team couldn’t do anything against the Moscow team defense, having their second low scoring game (53 points). The main problem for MINSK is an extremely unstable offense. Jarred Ogungbemi-Jackson confirmed himself as the team’s leading scorer from game to game: although his efficiency is questionable, he at least consistently scores 16-19 points. Among his teammates, only Daniil Kasko is averaging more than 10 points per game.

Uralmash: The Yekaterinburg team has been very unstable so far. Loud wins over Zenit, Loko and Nizhny with losses to Runa and Avtodor. Nevertheless, Uralmash come to Minsk as favourites. MINSK defense need to guard Octavius Ellis, who even in a disappointing game for Uralmash against CSKA scored 20 points and 10 rebounds. Another interesting change in the Uralmash lineup – after a good game against Nizhny, Josh Perkins returned to the starting five and justified Milos Pavicevic confidence by scoring 14 points with a good shooting percentage and making 6 assists for 1 turnover. If Perkins overcomes his shooting problems, the team offense will have another important option.
