– We did good in past month in VTB league, were fighting in Euroleague, – James noted. – I’m glad that we won all these league’s games, it will help us in the future.
– You have many individual awards. One of the most important is Alphonso Ford Euroleague’s top scorer trophy. And what individual or team award is the most important for you?
– I don’t really think too much about individual awards. At the moment I’m concentrated on team’s trophy’s, I will count all other achievements and awards after my retirement.
– What surprised the most in Russia?
– Moscow impressed me. Previously, I have been here and have stayed only in Hotels, haven’t even been walking down the city. It turned out, that here are a lot of interesting things to do.
– TheNatural – what does your nickname mean, tell us its history?
– When I was a kid, I had been practicing almost all sports and had been good at all of them. It was easy to me! That’s how this nickname was born.
– Do you agree that some players better fit European basketball and others – NBA. What is your type?
– Yes, of course, European style fits some players better, than NBA. As for me, first of all I’m a basketball player and try to do my best at any court.
– VTB league All-Star Game will take place in February. Many fans would like to see you in World Stars jersey and in slam dunk contest. Would you like to participate there?
– Yeah, that’s funny event. But I’m not sure that I’d like to participate in dunk contest. If I were yonger, I would probably say yes.
– Do you like football? Could you be a professional player?
– If I had chosen football instead of basketball I probably would have been professional player, why not.
– What talents and hobbies do you have apart from basketball?
– Movies, videogames, shopping – actually there are a lot things I like to do. Furthermore, I like wine, I even have a little collection in the USA.
– Do you keep up with fashion? Have a year in Milan influenced your clothes taste?
– Yes, for sure, Milan influenced me. I wear different clothes, like different styles.
