Astana guard Markell Johnson will participate in the R7 Slam Dunk Contest at the All-Star Game on February 19 at VTB Arena.
Markell Johnson has played in 13 games of the Kazakh team this season, averaging 12.5 points, 4.5 assists and 3.7 rebounds.
Johnson 2 rivals are already known – CSKA forward Samson Ruzhentsev and MINSK center Zach Smith. The League will announce the other contestants later.
The All-Star Game will be at VTB Arena in Moscow on February 19 in New School against Old School format. The final All-Star Game rosters have already been announced.
