UNICS guard Marcos Knight was recognized as the best player of the regular season according to the VTB League players.
Sport-Express conducted a poll, where 143 VTB League players participated.
– Marcos Knight is the first with a big lead with 140 points
– The League’s Top Scorer and Uralmash guard Jeremiah Martin was more than 50 points behind him (88).
– CSKA guard Melo Trimble (77) finished third.
Last year, Enisey guard Xavier Rathan-Mayes (170) received the most votes from the League’s players.
Previously, general managers named Marcos Knight the player with the best leadership qualities (3 votes of 12), and the best guard along with Jeremiah Martin and Aleksa Avramovic.
Two Russians – Georgy Zhbanov and Timofei Gerasimov – are in the Top 10 according to the League’s players, while Alexey Shved is 11th.
