Zenit forward Igor Volkhin will participate in slam dunk contest at All-Star Game in Moscow on February 14.
Volkhin will replace John Brown III who was injured in recent game.
In 2018 Igor Volkhin participated in Rising stars game in Saint Petersburg and won rising stars three-point contest .
