Shortly before the All-Star Game 2022, the VTB United League Hall of Fame induction ceremony was held. 6 iconic people for the League became Hall of Fame members.

PLAYERS

Aleksander Kaun

Teams: CSKA (2009-15)
5-time VTB League Champion (2010, 2012-2015), defensive player of the 2013/14 season.

Aleksander Kaun is one of the most titled VTB League Player. He became a 5-time League champion with CSKA. In the 2014/15 season Kaun was the best defensive player of the League in 2013/14 season. He was a systematic player in the Moscow team defense and due to his skills became the starting-five center.

Jordan Mickey

Teams: Khimki (2018-19, 2020-21), Zenit (2021-22)

VTB United League Champion (2022), the League silver medalist (2019), the League playoffs MVP (2022), best defensive player of the season (2022), 3-time All-Star Game player

Jordan Mickey is one of the key Zenit players and the St. Petersburg team became the League champion for the first time in its history in the 2021/22 season with him. The forward became the MVP of the 2022 playoffs and in the same season became the best defending player of the season. Mickey became the All-Star Game player for 3 times (2019, 2021, 2022), and in the 2018/19 season he became the vice-champion with  Khimki.

Errick McCollum

The best scorer of the 2021/22 season, 2-time All-Star Game player, 1442 points in the United League

Errick McCollum is one of the best offensive players in the United League history, who is among the Top 10 best scoring players of the League (1,442 career points). In the 2021/22 season, McCollum became the best scoring player, with average of 19.8 points per game and became the first player of the Krasnodar team to win this award. Errick is a two-time All-Star Games participant 2020, 2022).

Dimitris Itoudis

6-time VTB United League champion, 4-time Coach of the Year, the most winning coach in the VTB League history (225 wins in 261 games — 86.2% of wins)

Dimitris Itoudis became CSKA head coach in 2014 and worked there for 8 years. As the Army team coach, he became a 6-time League champion and became the Coach of the Year 4 times. Dimitris Itoudis is the most winning coach in the League history: he got 225 wins in 261 games.

Andrey Vedishchev

The League silver medalist and bronze medalist, creator of the first training center for young players in Russia

Vladimir Rodionov

The Saratov team a 4-time United League playoffs participant, Avtodor head coach in 2015

For the first time, the VTB United League Hall of Fame was presented the day before the 2019 All-Star Game at the VTB League Awards Night. It includes 10 famous players and coaches. In 2020, 5 more players and functionaries entered the Hall of Fame, in 2021 – 3 players and commentators.
