Enisey forward Darral Willis will replace Lokomotiv Kuban forward Jonathan Motley in the World Star team due to the injury of Motley.
Darral Willis is among the Top-10 besct scoring players of the season (14.3 points) and Enisey leader in rebounds (5.9) and efficiency (16.6).
The forward will also participate in the VTB Capital Investments Slam-Dunk Contest.

The All-Star Game will take place on February 20 at VTB Arena in Moscow and will be the game between Russian Stars and World Stars. The final line-ups for the All-Star Game have already been announced.
