CSKA defeated Khimki in Game 1 of the EuroLeague quarterfinals, 98-95.
Khimki began the game on fire, dropping 34 points on the Army Men in the 1st quarter, a season record for a CSKA opponent. But despite trailing by as many as 11 points, CSKA roared back in the second half to earn a win.
The two VTB United League clubs are locked in a best-of-five game series. Game 2 will be played at Megasport on Thursday, April 19.
