Casper Ware started the 2021/22 season with Enisey and played 12 games, averaging 16.3 points and 3.8 assists. In March, the guard moved to CSKA, where he scored 12.2 points and 3.8 assists in 19 games.
Ware became one of the key CSKA players in the playoffs. He made a key 3-pointer in the first semi-final game against Loko, then scored 25 points in the Finals 1st game against Zenit and scored the winning shot in the second overtime in the 4th game of the series.
