The game was equal till the middle of the opening quarter. Then the hosts got ahead and made a double-digit lead – 20:10.
The Siberian team responded with long-range shots, which also allowed to gradually catch up. After another three-pointer midway through the second 10 minutes, Enisey cut the deficit to 2 points – 30:32.
But the Kazan team controlled the second quarter. Akoon-Purcell and Jalen Reynolds allowed UNICS to regain a comfortable lead. The hosts had a 13-point lead by halftime – 49:36.

In the third quarter, the Krasnoyarsk team was able to cut the deficit – 51:55. UNICS head coach Velimir Perasovic took a timeout, and that was the turning point. After that, the Kazan team returned super-charged. UNICS made an 11-point run, which was decisive. At the start of the final quarter, the hosts lead reached 20 points – 73:53. The teams were prodcutive for the rest of the game, UNICS even increased the lead.
