On Thursday, September 17, a press conference was held at the VTB Arena press center to announce the budgets of the clubs participating in the VTB United League for the 2025–26 season. President Sergey Kushchenko and CEO Ilona Korstin attended the event.
Zenit ranks first in terms of budget size (2.166 billion rubles). The top three also include CSKA (2.065 billion) and Lokomotiv-Kuban (1.689 billion). Next are UNICS (1.126 billion), Uralmash (729 million rubles), BETCITY PARMA (577 million rubles), Pari Nizhny Novgorod (452 million rubles), MBA-MAI (411 million rubles), Samara (362 million rubles), Enisey (328 million rubles), and Avtodor (261 million rubles).
Other issues related to the League’s activities and its partners were also discussed during the press conference. It was noted that the clubs’ average revenue from ticket sales increased last season (+21%).
