The teams started the game with three-pointers. But gradually the Perm team took the lead. Smart defense, Alex Hamilton and Garrett Nevels allowed the guests to take the lead. Then the team was managed to make a 14-point run, after which PARMA lead reached 16 points – 28:12.
A timeout by Rostislav Vergun helped shake up the squad. However, this move was only for a short time. The hosts were able to equalise the game, but more than that. Uralmash was only able to cut the deficit by 1 point – 23:38.

Key moment
At the end of the third quarter, the guests had a 19-point lead – 47:28. But the hosts still managed to come back into the game. A small five allowed to cut the deficit to 7 points in the final quarter – 44:51.

But Uralmash never made the decisive run. A long-range shot by Stanislav Ilnitsky with 3 minutes before the end gave PARMA back a comfortable lead, which allowed to take the win.

X-factor
Defense was the key to the Perm team win in this game. The guests allowed the opponent to make only 16 of 62 shots from the game (25.8%). At the same time, Uralmash repeated its season-worst 56 points.

Facts
PARMA got the first win in the Ural derby. Last season the Yekaterinburg team defeated the opponent in both games.

The previous time PARMA beat the Yekaterinburg team on the road was almost 10 years ago – in December 2014. Then in the Super League, the Perm team got win (72:64).
