Alexey played in the VTB League for Khimki (2015-2021) and CSKA (2009-2012, 2021-2023). Shved is the leader in points and assists in the VTB League history.
Since 2023, the guard has played for Shanxi Lungs. This season he averaged 6.4 points, 4.4 assists and 2.4 rebounds in 5 games.
Last season, he averaged 15.9 points, 9.1 assists and 5.8 rebounds.
