Zenit signed a 2-year agreement with American forward Omari Spellman.
Omari played in the NBA for Atlanta Hawks and Golden State Warriors. He averaged 6.8 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 94 NBA games.
Since 2021, Spellman has played for South Korean team Anyang. Omari became the leader of the team and one of the best players in the league.
