PARMA signed an 1+1 agreement with Royce Hamm.
In the 2023/24 season, Royce was one of Astana key players and was the best rebounder in the VTB League (8.4 per game).
The 25-year-old Hamm averaged 16.6 points, 8.4 rebounds and 1.0 blocks in the last season.
