The final of the basketball Spartakiad torunament was in Moscow. The Moscow team, which was represented by MBA – the VTB League team, beat the Novosibirsk region team – 77:75. The best scoring player was Aleksandr Khomenko with 18 points.
Aleksandr Khomenko became the MVP of the tournament. MBA guard Daniil Kasatkin also entered the Spartakiad Top-5 players.

— The tournament gave a lot of things for thought, there are certain advantages, there are also disadvantages. Of course, in many games it was difficult to test our strength in combat conditions, but today’s game is definitely important for us. A good ending is precisely in terms of the possible repetition of such a scenario during the season. In the VTB League every game will be like a final, we need to be ready for this both mentally and physically. Today there was some relax against the previous wins with a big difference. It’s good that we were able to make a comeback and win.
