Lokomotiv Kuban beat Zenit at home in Game 4 of the 3rd Place Series – 91:85 (26:20, 24:24, 18:18, 23:23).

Loko started strong, going on a 9:2 run in the opening 2 minutes. The Krasnodar team shot the ball well in the first quarter – 80% two-pointers (8 of 10) and 50% three-pointers made (3 of 6) – and opened up a double-digit lead.

The score difference grew to 15 in the second quarter. Zenit hit back through Xavier Moon, who had 15 points in the first half. The hosts went into halftime up by 6– 50:44.

The third quarter was close, with neither team pulling away. The same deficit carried into the fourth. Loko then took over, quickly pushed the lead back to double digits and at one point went up by 20. Zenit made a late run and got it to 5, but time ran out.
