Zenit has signed a deal with 25-year-old Croatian center Luka Samanic. The agreement runs until the end of the season.
In 2019, Luka was picked 19th overall by the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA draft.
He started the current season with Baskonia, playing 2 games in the national championship and 5 in the Euroleague. Last season in the Euroleague, he averaged 9.1 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.1 assists.
